One Account Per Person

Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent voting limits or misrepresent participation is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Platform Use

Public Pulse uses structured responses only. The platform does not allow free-text public posting, comments, or user-generated public content of any kind.

Civic issue submissions are reviewed and rewritten before publication. No original submission content is published. Submissions must not include names, personal accusations, or identifiable entities. Public Pulse retains full editorial control over all published content.

Accuracy of Results

Public Pulse does not guarantee the accuracy or representativeness of poll results. Participation is voluntary and self-selected. Results reflect the opinions of registered users and may not represent the broader population.

Limitation of Liability

Public Pulse is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of platform data. The platform is provided for informational and civic engagement purposes only and does not provide political, legal, or professional advice.

Account Termination

Public Pulse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including accounts suspected of manipulation, duplicate participation, or misuse.
